Shipping Policy

This policy covers orders for lunch boxes, reusable bottles, food-storage and meal-preparation containers, lunch bags, and related accessories. Checkout determines the available service, shipping charge, and whether an order qualifies for free shipping.

Preparation before dispatch

Following successful payment authorization, an order is normally prepared in 1–2 business days. Accurate delivery address, email, and telephone details are required so that the order and carrier updates can be handled correctly.

Travel time and tracking

After dispatch, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. This estimate is separate from processing time and is not a guaranteed arrival date. Tracking is provided when issued. Weather, holidays, service interruption, or destination restrictions can extend delivery.

Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels

For stalled tracking, a lost parcel, a delivery scan without receipt, or transit damage, email chibuwood@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and tracking reference. Package photographs may be requested, and some cases require a carrier investigation.
